Appointments & Scheduling
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a $50 fee. This allows us to offer the spot to another client.
What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment?
No-shows will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file. This ensures fairness to our staff and other clients waiting for appointments.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, we’ll do our best to still see you. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit depending on the service length and our availability.
Do you ever waive the cancellation or no-show fee?
Yes. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, fees may be waived at management’s discretion.
Do I need a credit card to book an appointment?
Yes, a valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Applicable fees will be charged to this card if necessary.
Refunds & Returns
Can I get a refund for a service package?
All service package sales are final. If you cannot complete the package for medical or personal reasons, we may offer partial credit for future services. This credit is calculated based on the full price of used treatments and is subject to management approval.
What is the return policy for skincare or retail products?
All retail product sales are final.
Do service packages expire?
Yes, all packages expire 18 months from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
Memberships (6-Month Commitment)
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership payments are non-refundable once charged.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
Do unused membership services roll over?
Yes, unused services may roll over for up to 30 days as long as your membership remains active.
What happens to unused services after I cancel my membership?
Once your membership is canceled, all unused services expire.

What should I do before my first appointment?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms. Avoid sun exposure, waxing, or using harsh products 48 hours prior to certain treatments.
Can I have a consultation before booking a treatment?
Absolutely. We offer consultations to help you find the best treatment plan for your skin and beauty goals.
Are your treatments performed by licensed professionals?
Yes. All services are performed by licensed, trained, and experienced providers committed to your safety and results.
