At 4EvaGlow, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction while also maintaining fairness and transparency. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
Service Packages
Our treatments are thoughtfully planned to deliver visible, lasting results.
- All service package sales are final.
- Once a treatment within a package is redeemed, refunds are not available.
- If you are unable to complete a package for medical or personal reasons, we may offer partial credit toward another service, calculated based on full price of used sessions and at management’s discretion.
- Service packages expire 18 months from the purchase data unless otherwise noted.
Retail Products
We carefully curate medical-grade skincare products to support your treatment results.
- All retail product sales are final. Due to safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Memberships (6-Month Commitment)
Our memberships are designed to provide consistent care and exclusive savings.
- Membership payments are non-refundable once charged.
- You may cancel your membership with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Any unused monthly services may roll over for up to 30 days, as long as you membership remains active.
- Once the membership is canceled, all unused services expire.
